New frontiers in lymphology with regenerative therapy for lymphedema: application techniques and follow-up results
Original title: NEW FRONTIERS IN LYMPHOLOGY WITH REGENERATIVE LYMPHOEDEMA THERAPY: APPLICATION TECHNIQUES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF RESULTS DURING FOLLOW-UP
Abstract: The article analyses the application of autologous mononuclear cells for the treatment of severe lymphedema. Results show significant clinical improvements, limb volume reduction up to 90%, and enhanced quality of life for patients. Positive changes in lymphoscintigraphy confirm the efficacy and safety of the therapy.

Inflammation and lymphatic vessel insufficiency lead to impaired lymphatic transport and lymphedema in obese patients
Original title: INFLAMMATION AND LYMPHATIC VESSEL INSUFFICIENCY LEAD TO IMPAIRED LYMPHATIC TRANSPORT AND LYMPHEDEMA IN OBESE PATIENTS
Abstract: Study demonstrating how obesity causes lymphatic insufficiency and inflammation in subcutaneous tissues, leading to lower limb lymphedema. Early intervention with antibiotic therapy and compression significantly reduces edema and inflammation.

New insights in lymphatic drainage pressure values in secondary lymphedema: measurements by Linforoll®
Original title: NEW INSIGHTS IN LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE PRESSURE VALUES IN SECONDARY LYMPHEDEMA: MEASUREMENTS BY LINFOROLL®
Abstract: The article explores the use of Linforoll®, a device that standardizes manual lymphatic drainage, demonstrating pressures above 100 mmHg as effective for treating lymphedema. Significant improvements in limb consistency and volume were noted.
